Just when I think I can't love Brooklyn any better...  I went to the Asian market one stop away from work and got some cream crackers with a little sugar that are fantastic and dried garlic peas (they also came in mustard flavor) I haven't tried yet.  The aisles had labels like "Sour Taste as an Food" and "Soup Ingredients".  I kept walking a few stops along 86th Street just to see what was around and passes a bakery with a sign in the window for "Cake Baker and Cleaning Boy".  And a furniture store that bragged about being open on Sunday.  And a store called Hose, that had nothing to do with gardening supplies.
