Dateline: South Carolina... I saw a fantastic, meaning fantasmagorical, other-worldly, sight this morning, at the local Bi-Lo supermarket. On the customer service desk, there was a basket labeled "Reduced for Quick Sale". You know I've never passed that kind of sign by, so I looked in, and it was packs of cigarettes! Right on the counter, on sale. Not only do they smoke here, they care about the freshness of their tobacco. I can't say it was even like being in a foreign country, it was like being in the 1950's.

I can hear you now, "But what about the children?!!"
